A new certified release of PeopleDataSystems, v8.5.20, has been made available for download via customer login to the PeopleDataSystems website. The full PDS setup is available for immediate download. Note that a valid license must be already installed or installed separately to enable the software.

Key Updates in this Release:

Integrated Video Tutorials: Several new video tutorials have been added to assist with learning how to use the many features of PDS. A contextual Help – Tutorials menu is available, which shows tutorials for the currently selected window or section.

Added Linked Fields for Activities: The case management features have been significantly enhanced, including the addition of linked fields to draw base record information into an Activity for reference and easier reporting.

Improved Address Management: The current address fields have been revised to be easier to work with, whether you are editing a current address or need to archive the current address and add a new one.

New Document Security Options: Digital documents may now be locked to be accessed by only yourself, your group, or anyone with access to the record.

Integrated Card Editor: Directly via the Card Options dialog, card designs may now be opened for modification using the same WYSIWYG editor our own staff use.

Updated BIA Labor Force Report: The Labor Force Report has been updated in conjunction with improvements to the Data Entry to provide easy, point-and-click government reporting.

Increased Accountability: Records has been enhanced with additional change history logging, providing a much higher degree of accountability.

Additional General Improvements: Besides the obvious changes, a number of improvements, additions and corrections have been made in our efforts to make PDS as effective and reliable as possible.
